2026 MEDICAL & DENTAL MISSION
GIFT-GIVING
In Partnership with UERM Medical Alumni Association of Southern California & Friends
Municipality of Pototan, Iloilo
January 26 to 31, 2026
Healing Bodies, Sharing Hope. Touching Hearts!
The Need
For many children in underserved communities, access to basic medical and dental care remains limited. Preventable illnesses, untreated dental problems, and inadequate nutrition continue to affect their health, performance, and overall well-being. The Del Mundo Foundation seeks to bring compassionate healthcare directly to those who need it the most.
Our Impact
- 2,269 patients medical consultations
- $10,000 worth of medicines distributed
- 553 dental patients served
- 500 students provided school supplies and lunch
- 2,650 students received fluoride varnish
- 7 gallons of traditional Filipino ice cream served
- Volunteers and partner organizations united in service
The Mission
In 2026, the Del Mundo Foundation carried out an extensive medical, dental, and gift-giving mission. Our focus was on delivering essential healthcare, wellness education, and hope to communities in need.
The mission was made possible through a partnership with the UERM Medical Alumni Association of Southern California, and Friends, dedicated doctors, dentists, private practitioners, and local volunteers.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Iloilo Governor Arthur "Toto" Defensor and the Municipality of Pototan LGU, led by Mayor Adi Lazaro, for their invaluable support and hospitality.
We also gratefully recognize the family of former Mayor Pablo "Toto" Ito Perez whose generous assistance and logistical support helped make the mission possible.
More Than Healthcare
Healthcare was only one part of the mission. Following the services, 500 schoolchildren received supplies and shared lunch. Their smiles reminded us that simple acts of kindness can bring joy, dignity, and hope for a brighter future.
